On December 30, 2023, Dr. Simonida Vukadinović and Nemanja Brkljača presented Project GREENLand at the “Fenseraj Ukusa” food festival held at Detelinara market in Novi Sad, Serbia. Second time at a festival with food producers. Focusing on the pressing issue of microplastics and their environmental impact, they engaged exhibitors and visitors, disseminating informative brochures and distributing practical alternatives such as glass water bottles and reusable canvas bags.
Emphasizing that education of the public is one of the vital steps in reducing pollution, their presence at the event highlighted the potential for immediate and lasting change.
