As an activity of WP3: Staff exchange, education and networking of the GREENLand project aimed at strengthening organisational capacities, HR training on Business communication, organization, and time management skills was organized for Educons University staff members.
The series of training and workshops (7 in total) was accomplished from October to December 2023. Employees at Educons University worked during business skills training and seminars on the development of soft skills which included skills and manner of communication, active listening, employee motivation (feedback), presence and method of conflict resolution, teamwork and productivity, and development of organizational climate.
Training participants worked on key points of potential communication improvement and interaction among staff members, and they also received important tools and tips that can improve their time management skills. One workshop was dedicated to improving communication between teaching staff of different faculties and students.
These activities were part of an action plan for the implementation of the human resources strategy within strategic priority 4 – training, skill enhancement and career development. Training sessions were held by HR expert Jelena Veselinović.
