A training session on Horizon Europe budget preparation was organized at Educons University on February 14, 2024, for its researchers. The aim of the training was further capacity building of Educons University regarding project activities, including education and motivation of research staff on how to transfer their scientific ideas into projects.
The training was held by Davide Guariento, internal consultant. Participants learned key definitions on budget preparation, how to move from work plan to the budget, how to insert budget information on the portal and discuss budget related information with partners. As a practical exercise, the participants were given the task to calculate the budget of their organization. The training session ended with a discussion and Q&A segment.
