Training was held for all employees of Educons University in order to introduce project GREENLand and possibilities of EU project financing. Firstly, project manager Suzana Kojić made a short introduction, and announced leaders of all 5 work packages from Educons University that hold presentations. Dr Nataša Stojić introduced work on generating the SIT roadmaps with the new approaches for the purpose of a microplastic-free environment. Then, dr Aleksandra Rankov spoke about creation of an efficient workflow through digitalization of the university teaching process, scientific process, and student, law and account services. In terms of Staff exchange, education and networking dr Gordana Racić presented human resource strategy development, explained the first trainings that were organised within the project, announced that the project office is officially opened, and highlighted the importance of communication between researchers and project office. In the frame of WP4, Nemanja Brkljača informed the audience on the ways they can access information and news about activities through the Project GREENLand website and social media channels as well as the communication plan between all stakeholders.
Internal consultants Davide Guariento and Vesna Nešković made an introduction to the themes of the new calls within Horizon Europe programmes, and gave an opportunity to researchers to think about ideas that can be implemented in future project proposals.
