From 15 – 19 April 2024. The GREENLand project’s team members had a working visit to Khazar University in Baku, Azerbaijan. This was staff mobility to a partner university in the framework of the Erasmus program co-funded by the European Union.
This visit was an opportunity to present the GREENLand project, its goals, and to date achieved results, to partners and colleagues.
First of all, the members of the Development Office, Project Office, Department for International Cooperation and academic staff from different departments of Khazar University were presented scientific research work in the field of microplastics, but also activities in the field of capacity building, with a special focus on digitalisation, and the establishment of the Technology Transfer Hub and Project Incubator hub at Educons University.
Besides networking, partner universities started initial discussions about further project cooperation within the Horizon Europe Programme.
